How to book

If you’d like to book the property, please call us on 0113 225 0798, or email us at info@whitbyretreats.co.uk.

You can book via Airbnb and Trip Advisor (see our ‘Availability’ page), but it’s generally cheaper to book direct, as there are no booking fees to pay.

We’ll need the following information:

• Your name
  
• Your address
  
• Your phone number (preferably a landline and a mobile for when you are in Whitby)
  
• The number of people in your party
  
• Your preferred date of arrival
  
• The number of nights you would like to stay
  

Please also let us know if you’ll need any of the following supplementary items:

• Cot, high chair, stairgate
  
• Foldaway bed
  

Please also tell us if you will be bringing your dog or your cat. We welcome pets for a small fee, but do request that they are not allowed on the furniture or into the bedrooms at any time.

Once we have advised the price for your stay, we will send you a booking confirmation form along, which includes information on how and when to pay.

Payment methods

• We accept cheques or bank transfers.
• We also accept PayPal, which allows you to pay by credit or debit card without the need to give us your card details.

Please note that we operate a strict no smoking policy at all times.
